The USB-CANmodul2 is an extended version of our USB-CANmodul1 and has been developed as a very versatile and cost effective PC CAN-bus interface solution connecting CAN to the PC via USB. Due to the transparent tunneling of CAN messages the module can be used with CAN based high layer protocols like CANopen, SDS, DeviceNet or J1939*.
Based on the successful design of the USB CANmodul, the USB-CANmodul8 is an extended USB CAN interface, which bundles 8 CAN channels in one device and connects them to the PC via a high-speed USB2.0 interface (up to 480Mbps).
Based on the successful USB-CANmodul models, the USB-CANmodul16 combines up to 16 CAN channels in one device, which are connected to the PC via 2 high-speed USB2.0 interfaces (with a data transfer rate of 480Mbps).
